Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our facility in Reno, Nevada. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
1. Processing Time
- Card payments: processed within 1 business day of order confirmation.
- Manual payments (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App): begin processing once payment is matched — typically within 1 business hour during operating hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM PT).
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping — $9.99 · 3–5 business days (USPS Priority or UPS Ground).
- Expedited Shipping — $19.99 · 1–2 business days (USPS Priority Express or UPS 2-Day).
- Shipping Protection — optional $2.99 add-on. Covers a one-time reshipment on loss or damage in transit.
Rates are calculated at checkout. All orders include a tracking number emailed on dispatch.
3. Packaging
Every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging with temperature-appropriate materials for lyophilized products. No product name, logo, or research language appears on the outer packaging.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited services.
5. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this changes.
6. Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, wait 48 hours and check with neighbors and your carrier before contacting us.
- Damaged parcels: photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email support@athenalabs.com.
- Lost shipments with Shipping Protection are eligible for one free reshipment after carrier investigation.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an invalid address will be reshipped at your expense.
8. Customs and Restricted Areas
We do not ship to any jurisdiction where the sale or possession of research materials would be unlawful. Athena Labs reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
